Create Impact with Disruption – Steve Hindman

On this episode of Your Impact Story we are joined by Chair of the Harvard Business School Club of Charlotte’s Managers Development Program (MDP) and retired AT&T Executive Steve Hindman to managing disruption, making the most out of life in retirement, the life building and team building that’s possible through volunteering and more.

Steve has worked as a senior executive for both small and large companies within the security, computer storage, application performance management, and networking IT industry segments. He has worked at AT&T, Hughes Networks, Visual Networks, NetApp, and Symantec and helped lead their sales, product management, marketing, and business development functions during massive disruptive change within the industry. Steve has particular depth in cloud computing, managed services, subscription-based business models, and Go To Market strategies. Steve has a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Nebraska and attended HBS’ Advanced Management Program 153 in 1997. Steve and his wife, Ann, have 3 children–Alex, Ben, and Amanda–and they like to stay active with volunteering, travel, bicycling, golf, and reading.
